Our Homeschool Curriculum

As a homeschooling family, I get to pick what curriculum we use! Fun and daunting all at the same time!!!

ABBY - 2014 - 2015 1st Grade Year

• Classical Conversations - This is our main curriculum, where we go to community every Monday from 9 - 12. Click the link to read more. The kids memorize 1 statement in 7 different subjects every week. Those subjects are Latin, History, English, Math, Science, Geography, and Timeline. They also do a science experiment and art each week.

• Math U See Beta

• RoadTrip USA - from Confessions Of A Homeschooler

• Meet Melly, Her Color Is Mad - this is a book on self-control and controlling emotions. A MUCH needed piece of the pie here!!!

• PreScripts - our handwriting program published by Classical Conversations.

• All About Spelling Level 2

• Reading - Here I read chapter books to the kids and Abby does a lapbook with it
